A greenfield opportunity to build brand-new web applications and APIs from the ground up, working directly with our Founder.
What you’ll do
Design, develop, and deploy new, full-stack web applications and APIs that enable critical B2C/B2B products.
Own the end-to-end development lifecycle for new features, from initial technical design and architecture through deployment and monitoring.
Collaborate directly with Product to rapidly iterate on product concepts, refine requirements, and define technical approaches.
Drive the selection and implementation of front-end and back-end technologies — our current web stack uses Next.js (hosted on Vercel), and our payment stack uses Go, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and HashiCorp products.
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability in a rapidly evolving environment.
Iterate on our existing React Native demo applications.
Contribute to a strong engineering culture through code reviews and documentation.
What we’re looking for
Experience in web development.
Experience in data modeling and working with various database technologies.
Experience designing and building robust APIs.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP) and Linux servers.
A passion for working on greenfield projects and tackling ambiguity to define technical solutions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A track record of taking ownership of projects from inception to completion.
Bonus: experience in the FinTech or payments industry.
